Magnus Concordia Reschedules AGM to 30 September 2026 and Updates Book Closure Window

Magnus Concordia Group Limited announced that its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally set for 28 August 2026, has been postponed to 30 September 2026 due to administrative considerations.

To determine shareholder eligibility for attendance and voting at the rescheduled AGM, the register of members will be closed from 25 September 2026 to 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive. Share transfer documents, together with relevant share certificates, must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 24 September 2026. No share transfers will be registered during the book-closure period.

All other information disclosed in the company’s 30 June 2026 results announcement and 31 July 2026 annual report remains unchanged. A circular setting out the AGM resolutions and formal notice of the meeting will be dispatched to shareholders in due course.

As of 31 July 2026, the board comprises two executive directors—Xiang Jun and Zhou Lan—and three independent non-executive directors—Liu Ying Shun, Wang Ping and Zhang Zhirui.
