ELIFE HLDGS Keeps Share Capital Steady at 1.63 Billion Shares; Reconfirms Public-Float Compliance in July 2026 Update

Elife Holdings Limited (ELIFE HLDGS) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, showing no changes to its authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Total authorised share capital remained at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 300.00 million. Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.63 billion shares, and the company held no treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares continued to stand at 1.63 billion.

The company confirmed that it satisfied the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 per cent as at 31 July 2026.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 6 March 2026, 83.18 million options were outstanding at month-end, representing the same level as in the previous month. No options were exercised, no new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were transferred. Potential dilution capacity under the scheme stood at 135.62 million shares.

ELIFE HLDGS reported no activity in warrants, convertible securities, other share-issuance agreements, or treasury share movements during the month.
