Nayuki Executes HKD 1.03 Million Share Buyback, Boosts Treasury Stock to 37.20 Million Shares

Nayuki Holdings Limited repurchased 1.54 million ordinary shares on 08 September 2026, paying an aggregate HKD 1.03 million at prices ranging from HKD 0.66 to HKD 0.67 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HKD 0.6692.

Following the transaction, outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) fell 0.09 % to 1.67039 billion, while treasury shares rose to 37.20 million. Total issued shares remained 1.70759 billion.

The buyback utilised 1.54 % of the 169.84 million-share mandate approved on 24 June 2026, increasing cumulative repurchases under that mandate to 28.05 million shares, or 1.65 % of the share base at mandate approval.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Nayuki is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 08 October 2026. The board confirms all repurchase procedures complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and related regulations.
