The buyback was executed at prices ranging between HK$17.33 and HK$17.73 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$17.52. Aggregate consideration reached HK$0.68 million.
Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell from 247.96 million to 247.92 million, a decrease of 0.016%. • Treasury shares increased from 3.63 million to 3.67 million. • Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 251.59 million shares, as the repurchased stock was retained as treasury shares.
The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 24.85 million shares.
