Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (abbrev. “Geekplus”) disclosed a share buyback on 9 September 2026 under its existing repurchase mandate.

Capital structure impact • Issued shares (ex-treasury) fell to 988.60 million from 989.50 million, a reduction of 0.091%. • Treasury stock increased to 35.55 million shares, bringing total issued shares (including treasury) to 1.02 billion. • Cumulative repurchases under the 26 May 2026 mandate amount to 35.55 million shares, representing 3.47% of the company’s outstanding shares at the mandate date. • The mandate permits buybacks of up to 102.42 million shares; 66.87 million shares remain available.

Post-repurchase restrictions In line with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), Geekplus is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales/transfers of treasury shares until 9 October 2026.

Governance confirmation The board affirmed that the repurchase complied with Hong Kong Listing Rules, relevant PRC regulations, and the shareholder-approved mandate. Joint Company Secretary Liu Hongyan submitted the statutory return on 9 September 2026.
