EXCELLAND ROBOT (03231) Sees Stellar 140-Fold Subscription Surplus in Hong Kong IPO

EXCELLAND ROBOT (03231) has unveiled its share allocation results, marking a significant step toward its Hong Kong Stock Exchange debut.

According to the announcement, the company offered a total of 45 million H-shares globally, with 6.18% earmarked for the Hong Kong public offering and 93.82% reserved for the international placement.

The final offer price has been set at HK$14.45 per share, generating net proceeds of approximately HK$576.6 million from the global sale. Each board lot comprises 200 shares.

Trading of the H-shares is scheduled to commence on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

Notably, the Hong Kong public offering attracted exceptional investor demand, recording a subscription rate of 140.02 times the shares available. In contrast, the international placement saw a more measured response, with a subscription ratio of 0.99 times.
