FS.COM Executes HKD 8.31 Million On-Market Buyback of 200,000 H Shares

FS.COM Limited reported that it repurchased 200,000 H ordinary shares on 10 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The buyback represents 0.0493 percent of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction.

The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HKD 41.36 to HKD 41.60 per share, with a volume-weighted average price of HKD 41.54. Total consideration amounted to HKD 8.31 million. All repurchased shares will be held in treasury; none are slated for cancellation at this stage.

Following the transaction, FS.COM’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined to 405.41 million shares from 405.61 million, while treasury shares increased to 261,600 from 61,600. The total number of issued shares, including treasury shares, remains unchanged at 405.68 million.

The repurchase was made under the mandate granted on 28 May 2026, which authorizes the company to buy back up to 20.28 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now stand at 261,600 shares, equivalent to 0.0645 percent of the issued share capital as of the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, FS.COM is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 10 October 2026.
