Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited said it bought back 30,000 ordinary shares on Sep, 02 2026 at a weighted average price of US$59.3201, paying up to US$59.70 and no less than US$58.48 per share.
The company will cancel the repurchased shares. Following the transaction, Jardine Matheson’s issued share capital stands at 293,519,676 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote, with no treasury shares held.
Shareholders can use the new total voting‐rights figure when calculating disclosure thresholds under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
