Meitu Keeps Share Capital Steady in August 2026, Confirms Public-Float Compliance

Meitu, Inc. (operating in Hong Kong as “美圖之家”) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 August 2026, showing no changes in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 6.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 60,000. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood unchanged at 4.52 billion, while treasury shares were stable at 63.00 million, leaving total issued shares at 4.59 billion.

Meitu confirmed that it continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25%, thereby maintaining compliance with Hong Kong listing requirements.

No share options were exercised, and no new shares were issued or treasury shares transferred during the month. The Pre-IPO Employees’ Share Option Plan, approved on 15 February 2014 with an exercise price of USD 0.03, had 1.35 million options outstanding, unchanged from the previous month. Consequently, no funds were raised from option exercises in August.

The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other share issuance arrangements, and recorded no other movements in its share capital for the month.
