Café de Coral: No Change in Share Capital as 1.33 Million Shares Repurchased Under August Mandate

Café de Coral Holdings Limited reported via its Next Day Disclosure Return (8 September 2026) that the company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 573.74 million ordinary shares. However, the issuer continued to execute its buy-back programme, repurchasing 120,000 shares on 8 September at prices between HK$5.36 and HK$5.43, for a total consideration of HK$0.65 million.

Including purchases between 31 August and 7 September that are pending cancellation, Café de Coral has acquired 1.33 million shares at an average cost of approximately HK$5.31 each. This cumulative volume represents 0.23% of the company’s outstanding shares as of the 19 August 2026 general mandate date, which authorises buy-backs of up to 57.37 million shares.

All shares bought since 31 August—spanning seven consecutive trading sessions—await formal cancellation, leaving the current share count unchanged. Under Hong Kong listing rules, Café de Coral is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 8 October 2026.
