Star Sports Medicine Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 11,000 H-shares on 09 September 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, spending HK$1.27 million at prices ranging from HK$111.40 to HK$126.40 per share.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined to 54.81 million, down from 54.82 million, representing a 0.02% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 21,600.
The repurchases form part of a mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises the buyback of up to 5.48 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now total 21,600 shares, leaving capacity for a further 5.46 million shares.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, Star Sports Medicine is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 09 October 2026. The company confirmed that the buyback complied with all applicable regulatory requirements.
