China Demeter Financial Investments Limited (CH DEMETER FIN) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to its latest filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. The company’s authorised share capital remains at 100.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion in aggregate.
The issued share base was unchanged at 162.63 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares at month-end. Consequently, total issued shares—including treasury—also stood at 162.63 million.
Management confirmed compliance with the GEM Listing Rules’ public-float requirement, maintaining at least the 25% free-float threshold.
