The authorised share capital stayed at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, equivalent to USD 0.10 million. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at 406.02 million, while treasury shares remained at 2.62 million, leaving the total issued shares at 408.64 million.
