Trio Industrial Electronics Announces HKD 0.008 Interim Dividend for H1 2026

Trio Industrial Electronics Group Limited declared an interim ordinary dividend of HKD 0.008 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026, according to a filing published on 27 August 2026. The distribution relates to the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

Eligible shareholders must hold the stock before the ex-dividend date of 24 September 2026. Share transfers must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 16:30 on 25 September 2026.
