Conch Cement Executes HKD 4.79 Million H-Share Buyback, Trimming Free Float by 0.02%

Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited (“Conch Cement”) disclosed that it repurchased 290,000 H shares on 3 September 2026 through on-exchange transactions in Hong Kong. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 16.46 and HKD 16.58, for a volume-weighted average of HKD 16.52 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 4.79 million.

Following the transaction, Conch Cement’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.02% to 1.29 billion shares, while the company’s treasury-share balance rose to 12.17 million shares. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 1.30 billion.

The buyback was conducted under the repurchase mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 1.30 billion shares. To date, 12.17 million shares have been repurchased under this mandate, equivalent to 0.94% of the issued share count at the mandate’s approval date.

In compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Conch Cement is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or any sale or transfer of treasury shares until 3 October 2026.
