EACON Adds 2.77 Million H Shares via Over-Allotment Option; Issued Capital Climbs to 150.64 Million

EACON Group Co., Ltd. filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 August 2026, detailing an expansion of both authorised/registered and issued share capital following a fresh allotment of H shares.

The company issued 2.77 million new H shares on 5 August 2026 through the partial exercise of an over-allotment option previously disclosed on 2 August 2026. The shares were priced at HKD 87.92 each.

Consequently, authorised/registered and issued share capital rose from 147.87 million to 150.64 million shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00. The updated share capital now stands at RMB 150.64 million (approximately USD 20.60 million at an FX rate of 7.32 RMB per USD for illustration). No treasury shares were created or cancelled during the month.

EACON confirmed that it continues to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 15 percent minimum public-float requirement. There were no movements in share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity instruments during the reporting period.
