China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited announced unaudited operating data for August 2026, showing contracted property sales of RMB 2.35 billion, a 10.1% year-on-year increase. Contracted gross floor area (GFA) for the month totaled 199,100 sq m, down 2.0% from the prior-year period.

From January to August 2026, cumulative contracted sales reached RMB 24.42 billion, rising 17.5% year on year, while total contracted GFA climbed 12.3% to 2,094,100 sq m.

Subscription sales at 31 August 2026 stood at RMB 0.58 billion, representing 44,400 sq m of GFA under subscription.

Land-bank expansion continued in August with five new projects secured in Xuzhou, Ganzhou, Nanning, Hefei and Yiwu. The acquisitions added 634,770 sq m of GFA at a combined land cost of RMB 2.62 billion.

Year to date, the Group has acquired 1,280,034 sq m of new GFA for RMB 5.25 billion. All ten projects acquired during the period are held at 100% attributable interest.

In addition, the Group purchased the remaining equity interests in two cooperative projects in Hefei for RMB 104.10 million earlier in the year.

Management noted that all figures are unaudited and subject to change when the company releases its formal interim and annual financial statements.
