ANTENGENE-B (06996) announced its annual financial results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of RMB 105 million, representing an increase of 14.56% compared to the previous year. Research and development expenses were RMB 169 million, a decrease of 34.69% year-on-year. The annual loss was RMB 239 million, narrowing by 25.10% compared to the prior period. The adjusted annual loss was RMB 233 million, a reduction of 23.50%. The loss per share was RMB 0.38. The increase in revenue was primarily attributed to accelerated contributions from Mainland China, driven by steady improvements in market penetration and the ongoing deepening of commercial collaborations.
