On Sep, 3 2026, SGX Stock Exchange welcomed the listing of the CGS Fullgoal Singapore Next 50 Active ETF (Q50), the market’s first actively managed exchange-traded fund benchmarked to the iEdge Singapore Next 50 Index.
The fund, managed by CGS International Securities Singapore Pte. Ltd. and advised by Fullgoal Asset Management (HK) Limited, provides exposure to Singapore’s mid-capitalisation companies, covering a universe representing about 109 billion Singapore dollars in market capitalisation. The product aims to give retail and institutional investors a cost-efficient way to diversify beyond the country’s large-cap equities.
Ng Yao Loong, Head of Global Financial Markets at SGX Group, said the product reinforces the depth and diversity of Singapore’s stock market by widening investor access to a dynamic mid-cap segment. Carol Fong, Group Chief Executive Officer of CGS International, highlighted the collaboration with Fullgoal as part of the firm’s efforts to broaden market access, while Fullgoal’s Chief Investment Officer Li Xiaowei underscored the fund manager’s long-standing quantitative investment expertise.
With the addition of Q50, SGX Stock Exchange now lists 54 ETFs with combined assets under management of more than 21 billion Singapore dollars.
