Wanda Hotel Development Keeps Share Capital Unchanged and Meets Public Float Requirement in August 2026

Wanda Hotel Development Company Limited reported no changes in its equity structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 September 2026.

Authorised share capital remained steady at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, preserving an aggregate authorised capital of HKD 1.00 billion. Issued shares were unchanged at 4.70 billion, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares.

The filing confirmed full compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), indicating that the minimum 25 per cent public-float threshold was satisfied during the review period.

No activity was recorded under share option schemes, warrants, convertible instruments, or any other equity-issuance arrangements, and there were no movements in treasury shares.

Tricor Investor Services Limited, acting as Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, submitted the return on behalf of the Bermuda-incorporated company, affirming that all regulatory requirements under the Listing Rules were met.
