On 2 September 2026, Chiho Environmental Group Limited (CHIHO ENV) announced that the Circular for its forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting is now available in both English and Chinese on the websites of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) and the Company. Shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy materials will receive printed versions by post, while all others are directed to access the documents online.
The Company confirmed that, in line with the HKEX Listing Rules’ paperless initiative effective 31 December 2023 (Rule 2.07), it has formally adopted a fully electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be distributed unless specifically requested.
