On 2 September 2026, Chiho Environmental Group Limited (CHIHO ENV) announced that the Circular for its forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting is now available in both English and Chinese on the websites of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) and the Company. Shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy materials will receive printed versions by post, while all others are directed to access the documents online.

The Company confirmed that, in line with the HKEX Listing Rules’ paperless initiative effective 31 December 2023 (Rule 2.07), it has formally adopted a fully electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be distributed unless specifically requested.

• Availability: The EGM Circular can be downloaded from www.hkexnews.hk and www.chihogroup.com. • Request for Hard Copies: Shareholders experiencing difficulties with online access may obtain complimentary printed copies by emailing chiho.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. • Role of Intermediaries: Non-registered shareholders must provide their mailing or email details to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure timely receipt of electronic publication notices. • Consequence of Missing Email Address: Without a valid email on record, shareholders will not receive electronic alerts and must proactively check the Company’s and HKEX’s websites for updates. • Opt-in for Printed Communications: Stakeholders preferring physical documents can submit the enclosed reply form or email the Share Registrar to request hard copies going forward.
