STAR CM Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 11,700 ordinary shares on 4 September 2026 through on-exchange transactions, paying an aggregate HKD 9,722.21 at prices ranging between HKD 0.82 and HKD 0.83 per share (volume-weighted average: HKD 0.82).
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased marginally by 0.0029% to 397.51 million shares. Treasury shares rose to 1.03 million, while the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 398.54 million.
The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 18 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 39.85 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 962,000 shares, equivalent to 0.24% of the issued share count on the mandate date.
In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, STAR CM is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 4 October 2026.
