Hanvey Group Holdings Limited announced on 28 August 2026 that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.hanveygroup.com.hk) as well as on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).
The Board, led by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr Cheuk Sin Cheong Clement, is encouraging shareholders—especially non-registered holders whose shares are kept through Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS) participants—to access the electronic version (“Website Version”) for timely review.
Non-registered holders who experience difficulty accessing the online documents, or who prefer hard copies, may obtain printed versions of the current Interim Report 2026 and all future corporate communications free of charge. To do so, they must complete and sign the accompanying Request Form and return it to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can be submitted by post using the prepaid mailing label provided or via email to 8219-ecom@vistra.com.
Shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited (collectively, the “Intermediaries”) through whom their Hanvey Group shares are held. Until the company receives a valid email address from the Intermediaries, publication notices will continue to be sent in printed form.
