Kaisa Capital Maintains Stable Share Base in April 2026; Confirms Public Float Compliance

Kaisa Capital Investment Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 April 2026, reporting no changes to either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The authorised share capital remained at 200 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 2.00 billion. Issued share capital also held steady at 1.06 billion ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

Kaisa Capital confirmed that it satisfied the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public float requirement of 25 percent as of month-end.

The filing shows no activity in share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-related agreements, underscoring the absence of dilution events in April.

The report was submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 7 May 2026 by Company Secretary Poon Yuk Ching Ada.
