Country Garden (02007) has released a corporate update. For the single month of August 2026, the company, together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates, achieved contracted sales attributable to the shareholders of the parent company of approximately RMB 2.28 billion.
The corresponding contracted sales floor area attributable to shareholders of the parent company stood at approximately 280,000 square meters during the same period.
