CBK HOLDINGS (08428) has announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Gold Wing Holdings Limited, acting as tenant, has entered into a lease agreement dated 1 September 2026 with independent third party Zhong Ma Investment Limited, acting as landlord, for a lease of premises in Tsim Sha Tsui.

The lease term spans three years from 4 September 2026 to 3 September 2029, inclusive of both start and end dates. The property is located at Shop A, Basement Floor, Kimberley Centre, 35 Kimberley Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The premises are designated for operation of a Chinese seafood hotpot restaurant. The board believes that establishing the new Chinese seafood hotpot restaurant represents a significant step in the group's expansion of its restaurant network in Hong Kong, aligning with its long-term development strategy.

The new restaurant is situated in a prime strategic location in Tsim Sha Tsui, an area with vibrant tourism and commercial activities that is expected to attract substantial foot traffic from both visitors and local customers. Operations at the new restaurant are anticipated to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026.
