Colour Shine Investments Limited has reduced its shareholding in YUK WING GP (01536), according to the latest disclosure from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The investment firm sold 80,000 shares on September 11 at a price of HK$0.5319 per share, generating a total transaction value of approximately HK$42,600.
Following this disposal, Colour Shine Investments Limited's remaining stake in the company stands at roughly 172 million shares, which represents 37.64% of the total issued share capital.
