Famous Tech International Holdings Limited announced a preliminary plan to establish an artificial-intelligence work-assistant segment aimed at enhancing enterprise and individual productivity through intelligent, modular services.

The group, currently focused on PC performance and anti-virus software, mobile applications, online product trading, securities investment, and corporate I.T. contract services, intends to leverage its existing technical team to conduct a feasibility study. Development priorities include: 1) AI applications tailored to specific work scenarios for smarter collaboration, and 2) customised enterprise solutions integrating AI with the group’s established corporate-management and I.T. service capabilities.

Initial set-up costs are budgeted at HK$6.00 million–HK$10.00 million, to be funded in stages from internal resources over the next one to two years. No binding agreements for technology development, acquisition, or licensing have been signed, and the project remains at an early assessment phase with no current material impact on the group’s financial position.

Management emphasised that project progress is subject to technological, market, regulatory, and operational uncertainties. Further disclosures will be made in accordance with GEM Listing Rules as milestones are reached.
