Xiamen Bank Completes 4.5 Billion Yuan Subordinated Bond Issuance

Financial market news on September 14: Xiamen Bank Co.,Ltd. announced that, following approval from the People's Bank of China and the Xiamen Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration, the company recently issued the "2026 Subordinated Bond (Tranche 1)" in the national interbank bond market. The bond was book-built on September 10, 2026, and fully issued on September 14, 2026.

The issuance scale reached 4.5 billion yuan with a 10-year tenor, featuring a conditional issuer redemption right at the end of the fifth year, and a coupon rate of 1.89%. Xiamen Bank stated that the proceeds from this bond, in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory approval, will be used to supplement the company's Tier 2 capital.
