Bauhaus International Keeps Share Capital and Public Float Steady in April 2026 Filing

Bauhaus International (Holdings) Limited lodged its Monthly Return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that there were no changes to either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at HKD 200.00 million, representing 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each.

Issued share capital also stayed unchanged at 367.38 million ordinary shares. The filing shows zero treasury shares, indicating the entire issued share base is outstanding on the market.

Bauhaus International affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 30 April 2026.

The return further noted the absence of any share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other arrangements that could dilute existing equity. Tricor Investor Services Limited, acting as branch share registrar, submitted the document on 4 May 2026.
