*ST Quanwei (300716) announced on September 2 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Quanwei Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., has signed a Photovoltaic Module Procurement Framework Agreement and a Solar PV Module Purchase and Sales Contract with Wuxi Yuncheng Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd., with a total contract value of 80.4524 million yuan.

Under the agreement, the planned total order volume for modules is 130MW, with the products being bifacial solar modules, and the cooperation period extending until December 31, 2026. The contract stipulates that delivery must be completed before September 20, 2026.

It is worth noting that *ST Quanwei is currently in the pre-restructuring phase. On June 3, 2026, the Dongguan Intermediate People's Court decided to initiate pre-restructuring proceedings for the company. However, the company has not yet received an official acceptance document from the court regarding the restructuring matter, and whether it can formally enter the restructuring process remains uncertain.
