On the evening of August 26, Vatti Corporation released its 2026 semi-annual report. Against a backdrop of mounting pressure across the kitchen appliance industry, the company logged revenue of 2.461 billion yuan and net profit attributable to shareholders of 173 million yuan for the first half of the year, keeping core operational metrics on a steady footing. Notably, Vatti's sustained investment in AI-powered smart technology is increasingly translating into product-level competitive strength, positioning it as a key engine for navigating industry cycles.
At the sector level, data from AVC (All View Cloud) shows that retail sales in the kitchen and bathroom large appliance market reached 69.6 billion yuan during the first half of 2026, a year-on-year decline of 10.7%, underscoring a pronounced zero-sum dynamic in the existing market. Yet rather than diving into price wars, Vatti has leaned into its “Fashionable Scientific Kitchen” brand stance, accelerating the deep integration of AI technology into its product lineup.
During the reporting period, the company unveiled new offerings such as the “Cihua Collection” and the Lanjing series range hoods, pushing AI technology further into real-world culinary scenarios. The Cihua Collection hoods feature an AI-powered intelligent sensing system, delivering 31 cubic meters per minute of suction, with the ability to proactively detect kitchen air quality and trigger automatic ventilation. Similarly, the Lanjing series hoods come equipped with built-in PM2.5 and VOC sensors, enabling real-time monitoring of the cooking environment and automatic adjustment of operating parameters, effectively evolving the kitchen from a passive tool into an “active cooking assistant.”
Beyond individual products, Vatti has also developed its proprietary VCOO smart home AIoT system, creating a comprehensive intelligent hardware ecosystem across range hoods, stoves, and dishwashers. The “touchless cleanliness” experience, enabled by AI voice and visual technologies, strikes a chord with consumers’ growing desire for a higher-quality cooking space. Over the long term, the deep fusion of AI and intelligent features not only lifts product value but also builds a formidable technical moat for Vatti in the premium market segment.
Looking ahead, as the nation pushes forward with initiatives like “AI + consumption” and new national standards raise the bar for energy efficiency, the industry's entry barriers are climbing at an accelerated pace. As a lead drafter of the national standards for both range hoods and household gas stoves, Vatti is well-placed to amplify its advantages in technical standards and product innovation, securing a stronger foothold as the industry shifts from “price-driven competition” to “technology-driven value rivalry.”
