Tibet's Ali Prefecture Gar County has officially released the competitive configuration announcement for its wind-plus-storage project. The initiative aims to develop a 50MW wind farm integrated with an energy storage system, targeting grid-connected operations under the regional policy framework.

The project mandates a minimum energy storage allocation of 20% of the total capacity, with a four-hour duration requirement, translating to a baseline storage configuration of 10MW/40MWh. Notably, consortium bids are not permitted, requiring individual entities to undertake the full scope of the project.

The electricity tariff for this project is set at 0.341 CNY/kWh for the operational period, as stipulated by the autonomous region's policies for guaranteed grid-connected projects. This pricing structure is designed to ensure economic viability while supporting renewable energy integration in the region.

Interested parties can obtain the competitive configuration documents from September 3, 2026, to September 10, 2026, excluding public holidays, between 10:00-13:00 and 16:00-18:30 Beijing time. The deadline for submitting proposal documents is set for 10:00 AM on September 20, 2026.
