First Sponsor Group Limited said on Sep, 7 2026 that it has raised about 81.2 million Singapore dollars from the exercise of 75,215,849 2020 warrants between Mar, 13 2026 and Sep, 7 2026 at 1.08 Singapore dollars apiece.

The property developer plans to deploy roughly 59.0 million Singapore dollars of the proceeds to repay borrowings that had financed its FY2025 final dividend (41.7 million), coupon payments on notes issued under its multicurrency debt issuance programme (8.1 million) and payroll expenses (0.3 million). A further 8.9 million Singapore dollars is earmarked to help fund the interim dividend for the year ending Dec, 31 2026.

The remaining 22.2 million Singapore dollars will be temporarily set aside to reduce other group borrowings. As of Sep, 7 2026, 109,144,860 of the 2020 warrants remain outstanding.

First Sponsor also corrected typographical errors in its FY2025 annual report, clarifying that 43,258,155 warrants had been exercised and 184,360,709 warrants were outstanding as of Mar, 13 2026. The company said no warrants were exercised between Jan, 1 and Mar, 13 2026 and it will continue to update investors on further use of proceeds.
