Hong Kong-listed Alphamab Oncology announced that it repurchased 164,000 ordinary shares on 10 September 2026 via on-market transactions, paying a volume-weighted average price of HKD 8.28 per share. The buyback, executed within the company’s existing mandate, involved a total cash outlay of HKD 1.36 million.

Following the transaction, Alphamab’s issued share capital, excluding treasury shares, declined by 0.017 % to 967.38 million shares. Concurrently, treasury shares increased from 6.83 million to 6.99 million, while the company’s total issued shares remained unchanged at 974.38 million.

Repurchase prices ranged between HKD 8.16 and HKD 8.33 during the trading session. All 164,000 shares acquired have been retained as treasury shares, with none cancelled as of the reporting date.

The buyback falls under the authority granted by shareholders on 12 June 2026, which permits Alphamab Oncology to repurchase up to 96.85 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.12 million shares, equivalent to 0.116 % of the company’s issued share count at the time the mandate was approved.

A 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares remains in place until 10 October 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing regulations. The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with all Main Board Rule requirements and that no material changes have been made to the related explanatory statement filed earlier this year.
