On September 4, 2026, 曹辉 disposed of 221,200 H shares of REPT BATTERO (00666) at an average price of HKD 10.0553 per share, involving about HKD 2.22 million. The disposal was made through Wenzhou Ruili Enterprise Development Partnership (Limited Partnership), of which 曹辉 is the general partner, resulting in a deemed interest reduction.
Prior to the disposal, 曹辉's long position in REPT BATTERO was 359.81 million shares, representing 38.51%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 359.59 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 38.48%.
