CISI FIN (06058) has announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, CISI Investment, purchased bonds with a total principal amount of US$14.674 million (approximately HK$115 million) on the open market during the period from January 21, 2026 to September 14, 2026.
The total consideration for the bond purchases amounted to approximately US$15.6228 million (approximately HK$123 million).
