The Ministry of Finance is set to issue 300 billion yuan in special treasury bonds in the near term, aimed at reinforcing the core tier-one capital of eight state-owned financial enterprises. This strategic move is designed to bolster the financial resilience of these key institutions.

The eight central financial firms, namely ICBC, Agricultural Bank of China, Export-Import Bank of China, Sinosure, PICC Group, China Life Group, China Taiping, and China Re Group, have each unveiled capital increase plans totaling 360 billion yuan.

Industry analysts view this capital injection by the Ministry of Finance as a proactive and prudent measure, describing it as a "forward-looking" arrangement. The move is intended to support the high-quality development of these central financial institutions and contribute to the overall stability and growth of the macroeconomic environment.
