China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Ltd. is poised to list three exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in Hong Kong as early as this month, according to sources familiar with the matter, positioning itself among a growing roster of institutions vying for fresh capital inflows from mainland Chinese insurers.

The Hong Kong-based unit of the fund manager is collaborating with the local asset management arm of Sun Life Financial Inc. to roll out these three ETF products, the sources said. One of the individuals noted that the combined initial size of the three funds is expected to reach $210 million.

Neither China Asset Management nor Sun Life Financial responded to requests for comment on the matter.
