自8月28日国内成品油价格完成上一轮调整以来，中东地区地缘政治紧张局势再度升级，美伊冲突持续发酵，国际市场原油价格呈现显著上行态势，尤其是中东原油价格出现异常飙升，给国内能源市场带来较大输入性压力。
为有效缓解国际油价波动对国内经济社会的冲击，保障国民经济平稳运行和基本民生需求，国家发展改革委在现行成品油价格形成机制框架下，决定对国内成品油价格实施阶段性临时调控措施。根据现行机制测算，9月11日国内汽、柴油（标准品）价格每吨原应分别上调435元和420元，经调控后实际每吨仅上调260元和250元，大幅收窄了涨幅。
国家发展改革委表示，将积极指导各成品油生产及销售企业全力做好油品生产和调运保障工作，确保市场供应稳定有序。同时，配合相关部门进一步加强市场监督检查力度，依法严厉查处不执行国家价格政策等违法违规行为，坚决维护市场秩序，切实保障消费者合法权益。
