On September 15, data from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs monitoring shows the "Agricultural Product Wholesale Price 200 Index" stood at 117.14, a decline of 0.11 points from the previous day. Meanwhile, the "Vegetable Basket" product wholesale price index reached 117.92, down 0.15 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork at national agricultural product wholesale markets was 16.40 yuan per kilogram, reflecting a 0.1% drop compared with the prior day. Beef averaged 71.37 yuan per kilogram, up 1.0%; mutton came in at 66.92 yuan per kilogram, rising 1.5%; eggs were priced at 11.12 yuan per kilogram, an increase of 0.5%; and white-striped chicken stood at 17.18 yuan per kilogram, down 1.0% day-on-day.

The average price of 28 monitored vegetable varieties was 4.70 yuan per kilogram, up 0.4% from the previous session. For the six key fruit varieties under watch, the average price settled at 6.63 yuan per kilogram, declining 0.2%.

Among aquatic products, crucian carp traded at 19.94 yuan per kilogram, down 0.7%; carp was 14.01 yuan per kilogram, sliding 0.5%; silver carp fell 2.3% to 10.06 yuan per kilogram; and large hairtail advanced 2.8% to 42.82 yuan per kilogram.

In today's monitoring of 46 key varieties at domestic fresh agricultural product wholesale markets, the top five price gainers compared with the prior day were asparagus lettuce, large yellow croaker, large hairtail, watermelon, and carrot, with increases of 4.1%, 4.0%, 2.8%, 2.5%, and 2.2%, respectively. The top five decliners were silver carp, pineapple, white-striped chicken, ginger, and crucian carp, with decreases of 2.3%, 2.2%, 1.0%, 0.8%, and 0.7%, in that order.
