GOLDENPOWER Increases Issued Shares by 16.70% via HKD 4.22 Million Placement, Retains Sufficient Public Float

Golden Power Group Holdings Limited (GOLDENPOWER) expanded its issued share base in August 2026, adding 6.49 million ordinary shares through a placing and subscription executed on 17 August 2026 at HKD 0.65 per share. The transaction—approved at the 21 May 2026 general meeting—implies gross proceeds of approximately HKD 4.22 million.

As a result, total issued shares rose 16.70% to 45.37 million, up from 38.88 million at the end of July. No treasury shares were created or cancelled during the period, and the company confirmed ongoing compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 100.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.20 each, equivalent to HKD 20.00 million. The share-option scheme adopted on 24 June 2025 recorded no outstanding or newly granted options during the month; 3.24 million shares remain available for future grants.

No movements were reported for warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments.
