On 04 September 2026, Weichai Power Co., Ltd. (Weichai Power) submitted its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, covering the period ended 31 August 2026. The filing shows no changes to the company’s authorised, registered or issued share capital during the month.

Weichai Power’s authorised and registered share capital remains at 8.64 billion shares with a par value of RMB1 each. This total is split between 1.94 billion H shares listed in Hong Kong and 6.70 billion A shares listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Weichai Power confirmed that it continued to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement—5% of the total issued H-share class—at month-end. The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Hu Yunyun.
