China Huajun Group Limited disclosed a substantial enlargement of its equity base after issuing 94.00 million ordinary shares on 2 September 2026.

• Scale of Increase: The new shares represent a 100.54% expansion of the company’s issued share capital, lifting the total from 93.49 million to 187.49 million shares.

• Issue Details: The shares—classified as “Capitalisation Shares”—were allotted under a specific mandate approved at the special general meeting on 26 August 2026. Each share was issued at HKD 1.00.

• Treasury Position: The company reported no treasury shares before or after the transaction; no repurchases, redemptions or on-market treasury sales occurred during the period.

• Compliance Confirmation: Management affirmed that the issuance was duly authorised by the board, met all Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing requirements and applicable legal filings, and that full consideration has been received.

The expanded share base takes effect from 2 September 2026, when the additional shares were listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
