By refining work measures and clarifying responsibilities, the township ensures the safe and efficient operation of both household and village-level PV installations, turning clean energy into tangible "golden returns" for residents.
Strengthening maintenance to support industrial growth
In order to unlock the full potential of PV resources and stabilize power generation, Sungang Township has established a routine, grid-based inspection and upkeep mechanism. Dedicated personnel regularly conduct comprehensive checks across all household and collective PV stations. These inspections focus on panel conditions, circuit safety, and potential faults. When issues like overgrown weeds or branches blocking sunlight arise, crews promptly clear them to remove any obstacles to power output. A closed-loop problem-solving system has also been implemented, ensuring that detected equipment failures or operational anomalies are quickly referred to professional maintenance companies for precise repairs. The goal is to address each issue thoroughly and prevent recurrence. So far this year, 52 PV stations have been inspected, with six problems — including panels generating zero or low output, aging inverters, and damaged modules — reported to maintenance providers for repair or replacement, safeguarding overall generation efficiency.
Standardizing revenue distribution to preserve public benefits
Alongside maintenance efforts, the township has continued to refine its revenue-sharing framework. Adhering to principles of openness, fairness, and justice, it has streamlined distribution processes, strengthened ledger management, and ensured that all policy-driven benefits are delivered accurately and on time. This approach transforms ecological advantages into real economic gains. Additionally, PV-related public welfare positions have been created, giving priority to former impoverished households, monitored families, and local surplus labor. These jobs broaden income channels for residents and reinforce the safety net for people's livelihoods. To date, the township has distributed approximately 1.8 million yuan in household PV earnings in full, while village collective income from PV generation has been allocated at 645,000 yuan.
Looking ahead, Sungang Township will keep deepening its commitment to the PV green industry, maintain regular upkeep of all stations, and continue optimizing revenue management.
