Hanvey Group Holdings Limited disclosed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either its authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued shares were unchanged at 247.50 million, and the firm continued to hold zero treasury shares.

Hanvey Group affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent, indicating that an adequate proportion of shares remained in public hands.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 20 June 2018, no options were outstanding or exercised during March; however, the mandate allows for up to 10.00 million ordinary shares to be issued upon future grants. The filing stated that there were no warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could affect the share count.

The submission, dated 1 April 2026, was signed by Chairman and CEO Cheuk Sin Cheong Clement, who confirmed adherence to all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
