Authentic Brands Group, the brand management firm holding rights to Elvis Presley's likeness and sporting label Reebok, is preparing to move forward with an initial public offering as soon as the first half of next year.
Chief Executive Matthew Maddox confirmed the company's readiness in an interview on Monday, stating that its infrastructure, personnel, and growth narrative are all fully aligned and poised for the market debut.
Maddox highlighted that Authentic generates $2.2 billion in revenue with an EBITDA of $1.8 billion, translating to an impressive 81% margin, while international operations account for approximately 35% of total sales.
