Range Intelligent Computing Technology Group Company Limited (300442.SZ) has announced plans to accelerate its strategic push into the AIDC sector, aiming to strengthen its core technological advantages and rapidly increase its market share in this emerging field. The company stated that this move is part of a broader effort to upgrade its business operations and secure the necessary financial resources to support sustained growth.

To meet the capital requirements for production and operations across the company and its consolidated subsidiaries, the firm intends to apply for additional credit facilities totaling no more than 50.0 billion yuan (or equivalent in foreign currency) from relevant Financial Institutions. This new credit would be in addition to existing arrangements, ensuring the company maintains stable operations while pursuing its expansion goals.

The credit facilities will cover a wide range of financial instruments, including but not limited to working capital loans, fixed asset loans, project financing, acceptance bills, guarantees, letters of credit, bill discounts, supply chain finance, accounts receivable factoring, and financial leasing. The specific financial partners, final funding amounts, and terms will be determined through further negotiations, with formal agreements to be signed accordingly.
