The auditor’s English name has been updated from “Prism Hong Kong Limited” to “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited,” while the Chinese name has changed from “栢淳會計師事務所有限公司” to “思立安栢淳會計師事務所有限公司.”

The Board, chaired by Zhang Jingguo—who also serves as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director—confirmed the change on 31 August 2026. The current Board comprises two executive directors (Zhang Jingguo and Zhang Guoqiang), one non-executive director (Huang Yanping) and three independent non-executive directors (Liu Da, Ma Yuntao and Dr. Li Huiqun).

The announcement notes that Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited assume no responsibility for the contents of the disclosure.
