KAISA CAPITAL Releases 2025 Annual Report and AGM Materials, Urges Shareholders to Access Digital Versions

Kaisa Capital Investment Holdings Limited has announced the publication of its 2025 Annual Report, the circular for the forthcoming annual general meeting, and the related proxy form.

The company confirmed that both English and Chinese versions of these documents are now available on its corporate website (www.kaisa-capital.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to review the materials online. Those who face difficulties accessing the digital files, or who prefer hard copies, may submit a signed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The request can also be emailed to 936-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt of the request.

Shareholders choosing to receive future corporate communications electronically must provide a valid email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is furnished, the company will continue to send physical notices of publication.
